A light and refreshing, yet subtly creamy, drink that’s perfect for the summertime!

This drink is so easy to make and so tasty! It has only a handful of ingredients and tastes just like an orange creamsicle! It’s light and refreshing with a hint of creaminess. It has a crisp orange flavor and subtle sweetness from the vanilla and whipped cream. It makes a fun and unique mocktail for everyone to enjoy! If you’d like, you can add a bit of vodka to make it into a cocktail.
Why You’ll Love This Orange Creamsicle Mocktail (or Cocktail)
Unique – this drink is so fun and unique because it tastes like the classic refreshing summer treat – an orance creamsicle. It gets its creaminess from a topping of whipped cream which always makes everything more fun!
Refreshing – orange juice and orange sparking water make this mocktail so light and refreshing. It has the perfect amount of citrus flavor and just enough bubbles.
Simple – you only need a few simple ingredients and a few minutes to whip up this delicious drink.
Balanced – a lovely ratio of fresh orange and creamy vanilla flavors.
Parties – the mocktail version is loved by all and is such a fun drink for holidays and parties (Independence Day, pool parties, picnics, beach days, etc.). For those that want it, it can even be spiked with vodka for a delicious and fun cocktail.

Ingredients You’ll Need
Orange Juice – adds refreshing citrusy flavor.
Orange Sparkling Water – adds additional orange flavor and some bubbles.
Vanilla Extract – gives the drink its creamsicle flavor.
Whipped Cream – for a fun topping. Also adds creaminess.
(Cocktail Version) Vodka – to make it a cocktail.

Equipment
If you’re using freshly squeezed orange juice, a manual citrus juicer or electric juicer allows you to get all of the juice out of the oranges easily.
I used Polar Orange Dry Sparkling Beverage for this mocktail, but you can use orange seltzer or sparkling water as well.
If you’re serving these at a party or just want to make these mocktails (or cocktails) even more fun, you may enjoy some:
