Quick Lemon Glaze
This lemon glaze is bright, citrusy, and so versatile. It comes together in minutes and adds a zesty finish to cookies, pancakes, oatmeal, bars, scones, muffins, cakes, and more!

Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- lemon zest optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.Optionally, add lemon zest for more lemon flavor.
- Add more lemon juice or powdered sugar until desired texture or fluidity is achieved.
- Drizzle over cakes, pastries, cookies, etc.
