Ingredients

butter,
softened
¾
cup (165 g)
dark brown sugar

cup (60 g)
sugar

cup (195 g)
creamy peanut butter
(such as Skippy or Jif)

vanilla extract

baking soda

peanut butter chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
Cream together butter and sugars.
Add peanut butter and mix until combined.
Add egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Mix in flour until just combined.
Mix in peanut butter chips.
Scoop 2 tbsp balls of dough onto a prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until bottom edge just starts to brown. Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
