Add chocolate and stir until smooth. You may need to microwave in short bursts, stirring well in between, to get the chocolate to fully melt into the oil.
Allow to cool slightly.
Pour over ice cream and enjoy.

Refined Coconut Oil - you'll want to use refined coconut oil because it has a neutral taste so it won't make the final topping taste like coconut.Measuring - the coconut oil is measured while it's solid, not liquid.Chocolate - You can use milk chocolate or dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet if you prefer.Consistency - If you'd like a thinner topping, increase the coconut oil by 1 tsp, for a total of 3 teaspoons.
